Design and print your own decorative pattern using lino under the expert guidance of artist and printmaker Nicholas Hughes. Referencing David Parr House, you will start with making some super quick drawings which will inform your designs. Using tools ideal for lino carving each participant will explore your own approach to mark making which we will translate to pre-mounted blocks to print from. Printing with different techniques creates pattern and surprises and you can continue your printed creations at home.
