Folk in the Footlights is a brand new folk night for Cambridge in 2024, in association with The Cambridge Union. Bringing the illustrious history of the Footlights and Cambridge's famous folk scene together, every 6 weeks we will present 3 of the area's finest acoustic music acts, with some touring acts as well.

  • 13th December 2024 - 13th December 2024
  • 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The final Folk in the Footlights of the year at The Cambridge Union and we are bringing a festive feel.
Fairy lights mulled wine, mince pies and amazing music from our fantastic line-up.
Parliament of Wolves will be bringing the acoustic version of their band set up which will be our headline performance of the night. With songs such as ‘Kisses down the wire’, this is not to be missed.
Isla Mae is a young singer-songwriter, only recently turned 18 but with songs that bestow her years and impart wisdom you would expect from someone far older. She will also be playing with a small band.
Expect other guests to perform and one more act to be added!
