It’s never too early to learn some serious sushi skills!

Our kids classes are suitable for ages 8-12 years, and as the teaching is clear, thorough and tailored to the little ones, they suit all ability levels.

Classes last 90 minutes, giving plenty of time to learn about the history of sushi and the ingredients they will use. They will make two maki rolls and nigiris.

All children will stay hydrated during the class, and leave with a goody bag including a certificate, their own bandana, rolling mat, chopsticks, chocolate fish and a Japanese number and phrase sheet.

Bringing the river to life in raucous style each June, ‘The Bumps’ are a chaotic series of rowing races. In this Cambridge tradition, which dates back to the early 19th Century, boats set out in single file and must catch and touch, or ‘bump’, the boat ahead without being caught by the rowers on their tail.
