Nose to Tail series: Venison Feast
As part of a continued banquet feast series, on Wednesday 2nd April, Nose to Tail returns to Parker's Tavern. Chef Lee is set to butcher a whole deer, from which he will curate a special sustainable menu, demonstrating how every primal of the animal, ‘nose to tail’ can be used. No waste here!

They always include a short demo "how to make one of my gorgeous desserts", just to convince you vegan desserts are easy to make, taste yummy and look fantastic!
