Future Karaoke is a series of hybrid literary events which can be attended online or in person, curated by Cambridge Writing Centre, a research centre based at Anglia Ruskin University. At ‘Supernatural Beings’, a mixture of Cambridge-based writers and guests will be reading new pieces based on or inspired by the extensive list of mythical and folkloric creatures in the 19th century Denham Tracts, reputedly one of the inspirations for Tolkien’s The Hobbit.

Book in-person or online attendance. The in-person event will take place in LAB 028, near the East Road entrance of Anglia Ruskin University.

Hosted by Jon Stone and Kirsten Irving of Sidekick Books.
