This event is a journey into counscius dancing as follow Ecstatic Dance Flow - First half A free-form dance practice facilitating deep embodied connection and emotional expression to an eclectic mix of musical styles. There will be invitations to engage in various ways, but the choice of how you move is always yours. Listen to your inner knowing and do what feels right for you. Our aim is to offer a space that helps us step into freedom. The music will follow a wave, building in intensity, then falling again, gently flowing into the next phase of the event. DJ sets last half hour The music will be an artistic journey through organic tribal rhythms and deep electronic grooves, ethereal atmospheres and world cultures. Guidelines: Be here: no outside shoes. Be free: dance how you want / no judgement. Be present: no phones and no unauthorised filming or photography. Be embodied: no talking during the dance journey. Be clear: no alcohol or drugs. Be consensual: respect and honour boundaries of yourself and others - if it's not a clear “YES”, everything else must be considered a “NO”.
