Vegan and Gluten-Free EASTER Afternoon Tea

My name is Danielle Maupertuis,I am a Vegan Executive Pastry Chef. I regularly organize vegan and gluten-free afternoon teas in Cambridge. They always include a short demo "how to make one of my gorgeous desserts", just to convince you vegan desserts are easy to make, taste yummy and look fantastic! The next one will be an EASTER AFTERNOON TEA.

  • 13th April 2025 - 13th April 2025
  • 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

We are losing the art of baking…

My name is Danielle Maupertuis, leading Executive Vegan Pastry Chef in the UK,  I created a Vegan Afternoon Tea Club to arouse interest in vegan baking.

Bringing the rich tradition of afternoon tea into a modern, plant-based era, I am thrilled to offer a fully fine-dining vegan and gluten-free afternoon tea experience where you’ll indulge in exquisitely crafted flavours, impeccable presentation, and tea service inspired by the finest tea houses.

Why is this event unique? Not just a tasting, it also includes a demo, where I show you how to make one of my gorgeous desserts! My challenge is to convince you vegan desserts are easy to make, taste yummy and look fantastic!

Did you know?

Not many pubs can claim to have served a man a pint just after he’d discovered the secret of life itself, but The Eagle can! It was in this city centre pub that scientists Francis Crick and James Watson announced their discovery of DNA in the 1953.
