The College encapsulates the “best of the old and the new” with a mix of modern and classic architecture surrounding exquisite gardens, it provides a perfect setting for residents.
Located just a mile from the city centre, Fitzwilliam College is easily accessible from all major routes. If required, complimentary parking can be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our buildings have won many architecture awards; the Hall Building and Dining Hall were designed by Sir Denys Lasdun. Other buildings of note include the Auditorium, the Chapel, which is designed to suggest a floating ship, and the Olisa Library. The Grove, a lovely Regency house which once belonged to Emma Darwin, also sits within our grounds.
