I am very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations and that you encountered several issues during your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the noise disturbances, the condition of the room, and especially the interaction you experienced at the front desk. I also regret the inconvenience caused by the lack of internet connection in the rooms and the unavailability of the advertised streaming service.
