KIBOU Japanese Kitchen & Bar is located in the heart of Cambridge at 7a Jesus Lane.
We’re a glamourous Japanese-inspired restaurant that’s been thoughtfully designed to offer a range of elegant dining and drinking areas, all featuring our trademark colourful murals and digital animations, alongside stunning Japanese floral and foliage installations.
Our menu is a work of art too; decadent mixed sushi and sashimi sharing platters, premium A5 grade wagyu, signature sushi rolls, plus all your other favourite classic and contemporary Japanese dishes. Dive into steaming bowls of ramen made with rich pork, chicken or miso shiitake broth, pillowy bao buns with a range of filling, crisp tempura, classic teriyaki and our much loved, hand-made spiced pork gyoza… to name just a few!
